Dubai, UAE – Ignite Training’s LEAP programme, delivered in partnership with Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), has been recognised with three Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards for 2026.
The awards received are:
- Gold – Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders – LEAP: From Graduate Trainees to Frontline Leaders at EGA
- Gold – Best Results of a Learning Program – Developing Emirati Talent into Supervisors Who Deliver Impact
- Silver – Best Use of Blended Learning – LEAP: Blending Learning into Real-World Leadership
LEAP was built to take EGA’s graduate trainees and develop them into confident frontline leaders. Each cohort has shaped the programme further, with continuous refinement based on real outcomes rather than a fixed curriculum.
“This programme has never stood still. Every cohort brings something new, and that willingness to keep refining the experience rather than just repeating what worked before is exactly why it’s landed here,” said Ben Edwards, Head of Learning and Product Design at Ignite Training, who has led the design and facilitation of LEAP since its early stages.
Ignite credits EGA’s ongoing collaboration, particularly Abeer at EGA, as central to the programme’s evolution and results.
The awards were evaluated against criteria including business alignment, programme design, delivery, and measurable impact.
Ignite Training continues to partner with EGA on the next phase of LEAP.
