With over 20 years in corporate training, Russell founded Ignite Training in 2012 to deliver custom-built learning solutions that drive real business impact. A CIPD-certified L&D expert and Jigsaw Discovery Tool Master Practitioner, he’s led training for global brands including Emirates, Nestlé, Heineken, Emirates Global Aluminum, and Al Futtaim. Russell’s leadership blends strategic insight with a passion for building resilient, high-performing teams across the Middle East and beyond.

Ben leads Ignite Training’s flagship delivery of the EGA LEAP programme, one of the UAE’s most important leadership development initiatives for Emirati graduate trainees. With 14 years’ experience in learning and development across the UK and UAE, Ben brings specialist expertise in mental health, behavioural profiling, and compliance. His work supports national talent development goals aligned with Vision 2071, empowering future leaders in one of the country’s most critical industries.

Marketing & Brand Specialist
Jessica combines a strong foundation in HR and organisational development with a growing specialisation in marketing, bringing a rare people-first lens to every campaign she creates. Her CIPD qualification in Strategic People Management gives her an insider’s understanding of workplace culture, which she now channels into shaping Ignite Training’s brand, messaging, and client engagement strategy.
