A New Standard in UAE Leadership Development

LEAP (Learn. Engage. Adapt. Perform.) is a 12-month graduate trainee programme designed to transform UAE National talent into high-performing leaders. Built in partnership with Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), this immersive initiative supports over 150 Emirati graduates in building behavioural capability, confidence, and readiness to thrive in complex industries.

With sustained engagement rates above 90% and measurable ROI, LEAP is redefining leadership development in the UAE.

Why UAE Needs Future-Ready Talent

Aligned with UAE Vision 2071, the nation’s future depends on the depth and resilience of its Emiratisation pipeline. Industries like aluminium production require leaders who can balance technical expertise with cultural agility, emotional intelligence, and collaboration.

Traditional training often lacks the continuity needed for behavioural change. LEAP bridges this gap with structured leadership development that embeds learning into daily work.

Being part of the LEAP program really helped build my confidence. I’ve developed my leadership skills, learned how to communicate better with my team, prioritise my work, and grow my support network. It’s given me the tools to become a more effective leader for my team.

The LEAP Approach: Four Core Pillars

  • Strategic Foundation Building: Aligning learning with organisational goals, Emirati cultural values, and long-term business priorities.
  • Multi-Modal Learning: Blending workshops, coaching, mentoring, and peer-to-peer learning.
  • Continuous Engagement: Daily reinforcement via a Learning Transfer Platform (LTP) and structured check-ins.
  • Measurable Impact: Tracking engagement, behavioural growth, and participant leadership readiness.

This ecosystem ensures graduates not only gain new skills but also embed them into their professional identity.
