As the founder of Masterminds Align-Management Consultants, she bridges the human and logical aspects of connecting individuals and organisations with their innate leadership capabilities. With over two decades of global experience across multiple industries, Luna has held significant roles, including Senior Regional Learning & Development positions, acted as an Experiential Facilitator, and worked externally as a Management Consultant. Her expertise spans the USA, Africa, and the Middle East, particularly in the GCC and Levant regions. Luna's extensive experience has enabled her to work with over 50 nationalities, training more than 20,000 individuals, including C-Suite executives, mid-level managers, and their teams across diverse sectors such as Oil & Gas, Banking, Retail Fashion, Food & Beverage-Hospitality, Media-Advertising, Healthcare, and Education Management. Her qualifications include being a CTP Certified Professional Trainer by the Chartered Institute of Professional Development-Bradfield Group, a Certified Curriculum Designer by Phi Management, U.K., a Certified Management Professional by The American Management Association, and a Senior Faculty member of the Management Centre Europe.
